About the event
Description
Join us in Whittle Dene woodland to whittle your very own wizard walking stick. The workshop will include:
A walk through the ancient woodland to select a hazel pole from which to carve
Tuition in how to refine the rough pole into a neat walking stick using hand tools such as knives and saws
Tuition in the finer work of crafting a unique wizard face in the wood
Hot drinks and a warm welcome from the CIC's own Corraib Mac Caba.
